Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Rock Paper Riot. By downloading or using the game, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game.

License and permitted use

You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use Rock Paper Riot on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the App Store Usage Rules. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code except where applicable law permits it.

Gameplay and Game Center

Rock Paper Riot includes simulated battles, local progression, and an optional Game Center leaderboard. You agree not to manipulate scores, exploit defects, interfere with the service, or use automation that gives an unfair leaderboard advantage. Apple's Game Center terms also apply when you use those features.

Riot Pass and purchases

Riot Pass is a one-time in-app purchase that unlocks the premium content described in the game. Payment is charged to your Apple ID through the App Store. Purchases, refunds, family sharing, and restoration are handled under Apple's applicable terms and policies. Availability and pricing may vary by region.

Ownership

Rock Paper Riot, including its software, characters, artwork, audio, designs, and branding, is protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of the game or its content to you.

Availability and updates

The game may be updated, changed, suspended, or discontinued. Features that depend on Apple, Game Center, RevenueCat, internet access, or device capabilities may occasionally be unavailable. We do not guarantee that every feature will remain available at all times.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Rock Paper Riot is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from your use of the game. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Termination

You may stop using the game at any time. Your permission to use the game ends if you materially violate these terms. Provisions concerning ownership, disclaimers, and liability continue where applicable.

Your use of the app is also subject to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement and applicable App Store terms.

These terms may be updated as the game or its services change. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are made.
